1. Catalog and descriptions

Photos show representative garments. Wool, linen walking-suit fabric, sharkskin, and denim can look different on a phone screen than on the hanger. Always confirm Color, Size, fabric (100% wool vs. blend vs. linen), and whether a suit is 2-piece or 3-piece on the product page. Tuxedo photos show peak, notch, or shawl lapels as listed. We do not grant you any trademark rights in designer names that appear as style descriptors. Clergy robes, collars, and shirts are sold as apparel; we do not ordain, certify, or represent any denomination.

2. Fit, alterations, and boys’ suits

Suit jackets, pants, shirts, and shoes follow the size on the SKU. Use the Sizing Estimator as a starting point, not a guarantee. Off-the-rack wool suits and walking suits may need a local tailor for sleeve, waist, or hem. Alteration cost is yours unless a garment arrives with a manufacturing defect. Boys’ suits are sold to adult purchasers. You are responsible for choosing a size that fits the wearer.

3. Orders, price, and payment

Prices are as marked in U.S. dollars (List / Discount / Your Price on the product page). This storefront does not honor coupons, promo codes, club-discount codes, or third-party circular discounts. Listing a SKU does not guarantee stock of every Color/Size. We accept card payment only through the checkout form on clothingconnectiononlinegoods.us. We may refuse or cancel an order that looks fraudulent, that ships outside the United States, or that we cannot fulfill.

4. Care, wool, leather, and hats

100% wool and wool-blend suits, tuxedos, sport coats, and wool pants are typically dry-clean only unless the care label says otherwise. Linen walking suits and short sets wrinkle in transit — hang them; do not iron a fused lapel on high heat. Leather dress shoes and boots need conditioner; do not machine-wash. Straw, wool, fedora, derby, and Godfather hats should not be crushed in a suitcase or washed in a machine. Clergy robes follow the care label (often dry-clean). You are responsible for following the label.

5. Intellectual property

Site design, original product photography we produce, and original copy on clothingconnectiononlinegoods.us are owned by this storefront. You may not scrape, resell, or republish the catalog.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

THE STOREFRONT AND CATALOG ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY U.S. LAW WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM A SUIT FIT, A WALKING-SUIT COLOR, A TUXEDO LAPEL, A SHOE LAST, A HAT BRIM, OR A CLERGY GARMENT, EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY ORDER IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT ORDER. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE STATES OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.

7. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify this storefront against claims arising from your misuse of garments, unauthorized alterations that damage a fused canvas, or your violation of these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes that are not resolved informally is the state or federal courts sitting in Arapahoe County, Colorado, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. The U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
