Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the independent menswear storefront at clothingconnectiononlinegoods.us (“CCO Menswear,” “Clothing Connection Online,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you browse or buy men’s 2-piece and 3-piece suits (including 100% wool, wool-blend, denim, pinstripe, seersucker, sharkskin, Nehru, double-breasted, classic/modern/slim, big-and-tall, wedding, and boys’ suits), walking suits and coordinated sets, sport coats and top coats, dress shirts and tie sets, tuxedos, leather and dress shoes, hats, pants, and clergy wear. Contact: [email protected] · 888-688-7856.
1. Scope
This policy applies to visitors and customers in the United States who use clothingconnectiononlinegoods.us, create a cart, place an order, email or call support, create an account, or write us about a suit size, a walking-suit fabric, a tuxedo, a leather shoe, a fedora, or a clergy robe. It does not apply to parcel carriers, payment processors, or other websites that keep their own policies. We ship only inside the United States.
2. Information we collect
- Identity and contact data: name, email, phone number given at checkout, and a U.S. shipping and billing address needed to deliver wool suits, walking suits, coats, shirts, tuxedos, shoes, hats, pants, and clergy garments.
- Order and catalog data: product titles, SKUs, Color and Size selections (suit jackets 36–64, pants waist/inseam, shirt neck/sleeve, shoe US men’s sizes, hat sizes), quantities, in-stock status, and payment status. We do not store full payment card numbers on this site; card data is handled by our payment processor.
- Fit notes you send us: chest, waist, inseam, neck, sleeve, and height figures you volunteer when using the Sizing Estimator or emailing for a big-and-tall or slim-fit recommendation. Those measurements are used to help you pick a SKU, not to build a health profile.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed (for example a 100% Super 200’s wool-suit PDP or a clergy-robe archive), referring URL, and approximate location derived from IP for fraud prevention.
- Cookies: cart and session cookies required to keep checkout working, preference cookies, analytics, and fraud-prevention signals. We do not run coupon or promo-code cookies because this storefront does not honor coupons.
- Support communications: messages about a suit alteration, a walking-suit color, a tuxedo with tails, a shoe that arrived in the wrong last, a hat brim, tracking, or a dry-clean instruction.
3. How we use information
- Fulfill and deliver catalog items to U.S. addresses from our Aurora, Colorado warehouse, including wool garments packed on hangers or in garment cartons and leather shoes in boxed pairs.
- Send transactional email (order confirmation, shipment tracking, delay notices required under the FTC Mail Order Rule, return authorizations) and answer catalog questions about Color/Size, wool vs. blend, and clergy sizes.
- Improve catalog accuracy (jacket size runs, walking-suit sleeve length, tuxedo peak vs. shawl lapel, 120-volt irons are not in this catalog) and plan inventory for wedding, Easter, and clergy seasons.
- Detect fraud, secure accounts, and comply with tax, consumer-protection, and recordkeeping rules.
4. Sharing
We share information with payment processors, U.S. parcel carriers, warehouse partners in Aurora, Colorado, email delivery providers, hosting providers, and analytics vendors solely to operate this storefront. We do not sell mailing lists of suit, shoe, or clergy buyers as a primary business. If we use advertising cookies that California law may treat as a “sale” or “share,” you may opt out as described below. We do not share clergy-purchase details for marketing lists.
5. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents may request (1) access to categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, (2) correction of inaccurate information, (3) deletion, (4) information about sources and business purposes, and (5) to limit use of sensitive personal information where applicable. Email [email protected] with subject “Privacy request.” We will verify your identity (typically using order email and a recent order number) and respond within the timelines required by law. You may also opt out of sale/share of cookie identifiers used for cross-context advertising by emailing the same address with subject “Do not sell or share.” We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. A California resident may use an authorized agent; we may require proof of authorization and identity verification. Shine the Light: California Civil Code §1798.83 requests may be sent to the same email. Sensitive personal information on this catalog can include account credentials and, when you send them, body measurements used only to recommend a suit or shirt size — we use that data to fulfill and support the order, not to build a third-party advertising profile.
6. Other U.S. state privacy laws
Residents of states with consumer privacy statutes similar to the CPRA (including Colorado, where our warehouse sits, as well as Virginia, Connecticut, and others as they apply) may request access, correction, deletion, and to opt out of targeted advertising that those laws treat as a sale or share of personal data. Use the same email and subject lines above. Colorado residents may appeal a denied request by replying to our decision email within a reasonable time; we will review the appeal and respond in writing.
7. Children (COPPA)
This storefront sells men’s dress clothing. Boys’ suits in this catalog are sold to adults buying for a child for weddings, church, and formal events — they are apparel, not toys. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Accounts and checkout must be completed by adults. If you believe a child provided information, contact [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
8. Email and CAN-SPAM
Transactional messages about your order are sent as needed to complete the purchase (confirmation, tracking, delay, RMA). If we send marketing email about restocks of wool suits, walking suits, or tuxedos, those messages identify this storefront as the sender, include our valid physical postal address in Aurora, Colorado, and provide a working unsubscribe mechanism. Opt-out requests are honored promptly and do not affect order-status mail. We do not send coupon codes.
9. Data retention and security
We retain order records as long as needed for returns of eligible unworn suits and boxed shoes, tax, and accounting, then delete or de-identify them when no longer required. Fit notes attached to an order stay with that order file. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to an online menswear shop; no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
