This Return & Refund Policy explains how clothingconnectiononlinegoods.us handles returns of men’s suits, walking suits, sport coats, dress shirts, tuxedos, shoes, hats, pants, and clergy wear. Contact: [email protected] · 888-688-7856.

1. Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on eligible, unused items. Email [email protected] with your order number, SKU, Color/Size, and photos. We issue a prepaid U.S. return label for eligible unworn apparel and boxed shoes. Refunds go back to the original card within 7–10 business days after we inspect the return in Aurora, Colorado.

2. Suits, walking suits, tuxedos, coats, shirts, and pants

2-piece and 3-piece suits (wool, blend, denim, pinstripe, seersucker, sharkskin, Nehru), walking suits and short sets, tuxedos, sport coats, top coats, dress shirts, and pants must be unworn, unaltered, and free of deodorant, cologne, makeup, or hem marks. Tags and hanger loops should still be attached when the garment shipped with them. A local tailor’s sleeve or waist change makes the garment unsaleable — we will not refund altered pieces. Linen walking suits with crushed packing wrinkles are eligible if unworn; steam them at home first if you only needed a press.

3. Shoes — hygiene

Leather dress shoes, casual shoes, and boots that have been worn outdoors, scuffed on the sole, or stretched on a last cannot be returned. Try them on a carpet with the original tissue in place. Unworn shoes in the original pair box with all stuffing may be returned within 30 days. We photograph soles on intake.

4. Hats — hygiene

Straw, wool, fedora, derby, Godfather, and wide-brim hats that have been worn against hair or skin, crushed, or sweat-stained are not returnable. Unworn hats in original packing may be returned within 30 days. Caps follow the same unworn rule.

5. Clergy wear

Clergy robes, clergy suits, and clergy shirts must be unworn and unaltered. Once a robe has been worn in a service it cannot be restocked. Unworn clergy garments in original packing may be returned within 30 days.

6. Clearance and final sale

Clearance suits under the marked threshold, walking-suit clearance, tuxedo clearance, shoe clearance, and coat clearance follow the same unworn rule unless the product page says final sale. Final-sale SKUs are refundable only for a documented manufacturing defect (open seam, missing button, mismatched pants, wrong Color shipped).

7. Refunds, exchanges, and missing pieces

We refund to the original payment method. We do not issue coupons or store credit codes. Size or Color exchanges on suits, shirts, and shoes depend on stock; if the new size is unavailable we refund. A 3-piece suit missing its vest, a walking suit missing the pant, or a shoe box with one shoe must be reported within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the packing slip. Chargebacks filed before you contact us delay our ability to reship a missing vest or a wrong-size jacket.
